Great episode! Is rose oil different than rose hip oil??
Hi Diane! Great question! Rose oil refers to distilled oil from the petals. On the other hand, rosehip oil refers to oil extracted from the fruits of botanical flowers which is kind of heavy for the skin if used too much.
