When used correctly, essential oils have the power to help you master self-love and gain a deep understanding of how your body needs to be taken care of. At the age of 19, Kim Morrison was exposed to the incredible transformative powers of essential oils and has made it her life’s mission to help others use essential oils to advocate for self-care. A bestselling author, business owner, world record breaker and aromatherapist, Kim is here to provide a fresh perspective on the healing power of essential oils.
Kim was using oils before they were ‘cool’ and truly believes in their profound ability to heal in just one drop. Today she shares her thoughts on the use of essential oils in sports medicine, veterinary care, oral ingestion, and showcases the changes she has seen in over three decades in the industry. Through sharing her story of hardships and the healing she found through essential oils, Kim is an inspiring voice and an advocate for the powerful physical and mental healing powers of essential oils.
When using plant-based therapies as your first line of defense, you can create a harmonious approach to wellness where you can inspire others through your own healing. It is inside each of us to choose the oils that our bodies need to do the work to feel better, and Kim is shining light on the ways you can use essential oils in your daily life to bring daily love and healing into your life.

This episode spoke straight to my heart. Kim has such a way of expressing her love of essential oils and explaining why we love them so much. This podcast is “essential” in my life, but this one I listened to twice in a row, so I knew I was getting everything I could out of the conversation with Kim Morrison. Expressing how we can use oils in every part of our lives so beautifully, helped me to explain to my friends why my essential oils are so important to me. The Essential Oils Hormone Solution had already given me so many new ideas about creating my own essential oil rituals to enhance my life. After this episode with Kim I have more ideas for self care. Thank you, Mariza, for offering this interview.
