Thank you for this information. I’m excited to know when the best time for a walk is now. I’m going to incorporate this information starting today after dinner. I work from home at a desk every day. I have an under desk elliptical machine. Will using this after lunch be as beneficial as walking after a meal? Thank you.

Hi Jean! Any movement is good movement, but a walk is great on many different levels.
