    Hi,
    Thank you for all of your spot on information. How do you feel about added stevia if you are trying to cut added sugars out of your diet? I see stevia listed as an ingredient in your protein powder. Along the same lines how do you feel about added monk fruit as this sweetener is in the be well by Kelly protein powder I am currently using?

      Hello Michele! Monk fruit and stevia are ok in small doses when you need to sweeten something. 🙂
