By creating a time and a space to help you balance your life, you can go on to do the things that you do best. Establishing self-care rituals, such as yoga, meditation, journaling and healthy food choices, will help prepare you to consistently have a positive and productive day.
A conscious and thoughtful morning ritual will help you have a little less chaos in your day and will set both your body and your mind to a state of success. I had to back up so I could listen to the shower/after shower combinations, definitely something I will be making up as I add to my collection
thanks for the tips. Although I have a morning routine, you encourage me to incorporate new ones like to keep a gratitude journal and plan my day. I like the idea to incorporate blends in the shower and afterwards. I need to incorporate a daily green smoothie.
