I can attest to side sleeping being hazardous to your face! 🙁 The last two or three years, I have slept on my right side, and I have lost muscle tone on that side only!! I have a deeper and asymmetrical nasal-labial fold on the side, whereas my left side there is hardly a crease at all. I am learning to sleep on my back, but it’s really hard. There’s no way to curl up and get cozy, which makes me sad.
