How do we access the show notes for blood testing recommendations?
Hi Dr Mariza, hope you had a wonderful birthday month! Loved your solo episode 9/3/24 (also my daughter’s birthday!) You mentioned a metabolic guide, can you please direct me to it? Also looking to the lab guide! I just got labs completed, I have the report, but it doesn’t show ranges & I don’t know what’s optimal.
