This is the Beyonce of hormone oils, in my opinion! It is my favorite all-around oil for women dealing with PCOS. From treating acne and boosting hair growth to promoting a healthy reproductive system, the physical applications of this oil are numerous!
Not only that, but it can do wonders to balance your mood and help you relieve anxious thoughts. Using Clary Sage during and around your period can also help to keep your hormones in proper balance.

This floral oil can do wonders to reduce your feelings of stress. It can also help banish brain fog, support hormones, enhance healthy skin and hair, and may even increase your fertility. Its soothing, floral aroma is sure to become a favorite and pairs well with others on this list!
#3 – Ylang Ylang
Another floral oil, but less subtle than others, Ylang Ylang is a powerful mood-booster. My Favorite PCOS Blends
To take the guesswork on how to start incorporating these oils into your routines, here are some of my favorite blends to support your body.
Ovarian Cyst Rollerball Blend
Add essential oils to glass 10 ml rollerball bottle. Fill with carrier oil, replace top and cap, and swirl to combine. Roll daily over pelvic area, lower abdomen, and ovaries. Using this blend with a castor oil pack overnight can also help reduce inflammation and drive the oils deeper into your body.

Apply to your lower abdomen, over your uterus and pelvic area, twice per day during the luteal phase (approximately days 15-28) of your cycle. If your cycle is irregular, using it daily until your body gets into a rhythm is your best bet for success!

Gut and liver health are key to your healing journey. Since problems with estrogen detoxification and insulin metabolism are behind many PCOS symptoms, keeping your digestive system healthy is an important way to keep your hormones in balance.
I love using a blend of Peppermint, Ginger, and Fennel to keep my digestion functioning at my best. Simply apply these oils to your stomach or even add a drop of each to a glass of water or smoothie to harness their benefits.
Loving your liver with essential oils is super important for improving blood sugar stability, increasing insulin sensitivity, and detoxing hormones effectively. Here’s my favorite blend to give this organ some love:
Love Your Liver Rollerball Blend
7 drops Helichrysum essential oil (or Lavender if you don’t have it)
7 drops Frankincense essential oil
3 drops Geranium essential oil
3 drops Turmeric essential oil
2 drops Rosemary essential oil
Add essential oils to glass 10 ml rollerball bottle. Fill with carrier oil, replace cap and top, and swirl to combine. Apply every night over your liver. Using this blend with a castor oil pack will help reduce inflammation and support liver metabolism and overall function, as well.
